I told Austin that I needed a hunting setup for my 11 year old daughter Jenna and he delivered. Lightweight, collapsible, and quiet with a tripod for easy maneuverability. Jenna was able to track a giant rutting buck through the scope while he chased a doe for over a minute and then when he stopped she squeezed off a perfectly placed 200 yard shot. I recently purchased a 7PRC from Kota Precision. My first impression of this rifle was “It is one sexy build”! Took it out for a few test rounds prior to a whitetail hunt in S. Arizona and it proved to be a shooter. Austin (Owner of Kota) is legit. He is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his long range precision game. With some ballistic app guidance from Austin I was getting confident in this build. 500 yards was automatic on a 12 inch gong. Fast forward to my hunt and a 791 yards buck presented itself, with this rifle I felt I could make the shot. Boom a one shot ethical kill. Been an avid hunter for many years and I’ve never had such a fine bolt action rifle as this build. Love it so much I’m having a .22 creedmore built by Austin.
